Lynne (Chapman) Meredith
Lynne Meredith ministers under a powerful mandate from Heaven. She is a forerunner
for the next generation to step into their destinies. Wherever she goes there is
a release of the plans and purposes of Heaven. She burns with passionate love for
Jesus Christ and carries an anointing to launch people into their God given destiny,
with authority from the office of a prophet.
Lynne was radically saved in 1987 after a dramatic and powerful face-to-face encounter
with the resurrected Lord Jesus Christ. During this encounter, the Lord revealed
both her destiny and calling after which the glory of God manifested and rested
upon her in the form of a “living” cloud. Having never heard the gospel before this
event, her testimony reveals the pure grace of God in His passionate pursuit to
reveal his heart and purposes for our lives.
Lynne has been active in church leadership since the early 1990’s. In 1999, she
founded Heaven on Earth Ministries after an intense open vision of the reality of
the Kingdom of Heaven and power of prophetically establishing it in the heart and
lives of Gods people. Her ministry is known to provoke a deep desire for new levels
of intimacy with the Lord while releasing the fire of God and the breath of life.
Armed with a powerful testimony of the healing, deliverance and restoration after
abortion, Lynne has a unique experience and perspective on the Lord's heart for
both post-abortive women and the pre-born. She is a general in the up and coming
army of intercessors that will usher in the end to abortion. She stands side by
side with the younger generation to train, equip, commission and strengthen them
to take their promised land. She also is sounding the trumpet and calling for all
post-abortive mothers (and fathers) to step up and take a forerunning position to
make a way for this generation to rise in the fullness of their calling. Her passion
is to see these mothers and fathers press beyond just the forgiveness of the cross
and move forward to receive the full resurrection power of the gospel. God has given
Lynne a clear word and a voice to follow as He prepares to release a radical new
breed of passionate intercessors. Her transparency and boldness unveil the hidden
world of unspeakable grief and bring revelation and direction to those who suffer
silently.
Lynne is a trained Crisis Pregnancy Counselor through the national agency of Care-Net
Pregnancy Centers. She continued her training through Ramah International and is
a certified Post-Abortive Counseling and Education (P.A.C.E.) counselor/teacher
and graduate. With prophetic boldness she speaks out about her experiences and has
lobbied in Sacramento, on Pro-Life issues, in order to change laws and to bring
a voice to the pre-born. She currently is the chapter head for Bound4LIFE Redding.
God has given Lynne a true missionary’s heart and she has served the African nations
of Tanzania and Mozambique. She graduated from IRIS Ministries “Holy Given” International
school of missions and now carries the spiritual DNA of its founder, Heidi Baker.
Lynne has a passionate love for the poor and a pure desire to be the incarnational
love of Jesus to a lost and dying world.
The Lord has woven a specific passion into Lynne’s heart to see the youth come into
their spiritual inheritance through prophetic direction. With a passion for people
to know the uncomplicated truth and reality of the power of God in everyday life,
she ministers internationally in the US, Canada, Africa, Mexico and India.

is an FTM Associate Minister spiritually covered by its founder, Steve Trullinger.
Lynne married her high school sweetheart after a 32 year separation. Jerry and Lynne
currently reside in Redding, California where they are members of Bethel Church
under the apostolic leadership of Bill Johnson. They have two grown children, Tyler
and Bailey, and are enjoying the blessing of their young grandson, Jerrod.
